TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EXCURSIONS
These conditions are binding once you purchase any tour provided by Scape Park.
All excursions are subject to change without prior notice. Descriptions, departure times, itineraries, prices and locations are subject to change and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
The descriptions, times and duration of the excursions are based on approximate times. Changes may be unavoidable and may be made at the sole discretion of Scape Park.
TOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Tours may be canceled by Scape Park for any reason. In the event of cancellation, your only recourse is a refund of the amount paid for the canceled activity.
Tours may be canceled or modified by Scape Park depending on various factors. Some tours require a minimum number of visitors to operate. If this minimum is not met, excursions may be canceled and full refunds will be issued.
– No presentation: NOT refundable
– Cancellation notified 48 hours before: Full refund
– Cancellation notified 24 hours before: 50% refund of the total purchase.
– Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: Non-refundable.
– Weather related cancellation: Non-refundable. Please review our weather related policy below.
CLIMATE RELATED POLICY
Sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate. It should be noted that all our excursions work rain or shine. However, Scape Park may cancel individual tours due to weather-related safety considerations. In this case, every effort will be made to accommodate visitors on an alternate tour or alternate day; however, refunds do not apply.
