Please note that:
1- If you paid the reservation with credit/debit card, you need to present the same card you used as well as a photo ID.
2- If you booked with the special rate offer for Dominicans/legal residents, adults must present Cedula or valid residency card.
3- If you added the buggy experience, the driver must present a valid driver’s license.
4- You can pay with cash and/or credit/debit card when buying lunch, snacks, souvenirs and photos.
Professional photo and video equipment and drones are not allowed in the park. For operational safety reasons, the use of personal cameras (including cell phones) and selfie sticks is restricted in some activities.
